We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

• Item is unused
• Original packaging is included
• Jewellery is unworn
• Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will offer:

• Replacement
• Repair
• Refund

in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Earrings (unless faulty)
• Custom-made jewellery
• Engraved items
• Gift cards

No Refunds will be given in the following cases:

1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
2. Sizing issues. Thus, please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
3. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
4. Minor color and design variations as there may be some variation from the photographs on our website due to lightening and photography.
5. If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
6. Sale items will not be refunded for a change of mind.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
